Mr. Sam Okudzeto
Mr. Sam Okudzeto has been a distinguished Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries & Administrators since 1973, showcasing a long-standing commitment to excellence in governance and administration. With a career spanning over six decades, Sam has made significant contributions to the field of corporate governance and the legal profession. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries & Administrators, Sam has actively participated in the Institute's activities, contributing to the advancement of the profession. His commitment to continuous professional development and mentorship has inspired many aspiring governance professionals.
Sam began his professional journey as a trained Chartered Secretary and Lawyer in 1963. He holds a law degree from Kings College, London University (1961) and was called to the English Bar at Inner Temple in 1963, as well as the Ghana Bar in the same year. His dual qualifications provided a strong foundation for his career, enabling him to navigate complex legal and administrative landscapes with expertise and precision.
Throughout his career, Sam has held various pivotal roles in governance, demonstrating exceptional leadership and strategic vision. He is the founding partner of his firm (Sam Okudzeto & Associates) and a stalwart in the Ghanaian and international legal arena, with over sixty (60) years of experience in the legal field. His dedication to upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism has earned him widespread recognition and respect within the industry.
Sam has served as the Past President of the Ghana Bar Association and the President of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators, and the Association of Recognised Professional Bodies (Ghana). Sam is a member of the International Bar Association, where he was a member of the management board and Chairman of the Credentials Committee. The International Bar Association also honoured him as an Honorary Life Member of the Association. Sam is also a member of the American Bar Association. In 2005, he was honoured by the American Bar Association when he was elected as an International Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. He is also a member of the Commonwealth Lawyers Association.
Mr. Okudzeto is a dedicated Rotarian and has served on the Board of Rotary International, where he was the Chairman of the Executive Committee. He also served as the Trustee Vice-Chair of the Rotary Foundation.
Mr. Okudzeto has served his country in many capacities, including his membership of the Constituent Assembly that drafted the 1969 constitution. He was also a member of parliament from 1969-1972. Additionally, he served as Chairman of the Ghana/Togo Border Demarcation Commission and the Accra Sports Stadium Disaster Commission. Sam, recently (2017-2025), was a member of the Council of State of Ghana, a constitutional body responsible for advising the President of Ghana. In 2007, he was awarded the Order of the Volta by President John Kofi Agyekum Kufuor for outstanding service to the country. In 2024, President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo awarded him the Order of the Star of Ghana for his contributions to law and public service.
Mr. Okudzeto's legacy is marked by his unwavering dedication to the principles of good governance and his influential role in shaping the future of corporate administration and the legal profession. His contributions continue to serve as a benchmark for excellence in the field.

Esine Okudzeto is a highly accomplished legal professional with close to twenty (20) years of extensive experience in arbitration, corporate law, and legal education. She has a robust background in international business law and transactions and company secretarial practice.
Esine has demonstrated exceptional skills in managing complex legal matters, providing strategic legal advice, and providing corporate governance advice to her clients. Her expertise spans various industries, including intellectual property, aviation, medical, logistics, manufacturing, communications, finance and agriculture, making her a versatile and invaluable asset to her clients and colleagues.
Esine ensures compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, advises on corporate governance best practices, and provides legal support on a wide range of issues. She manages a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment while overseeing the company's operations in the secretariat space.

Dr. Edem Okudzeto
Dr. Okudzeto is a multi-jurisdictional attorney with over eleven years of experience. He is licensed to practice law in the States of Illinois and North Dakota (USA) as an Attorney and Counsellor at Law, the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) as a Patent Attorney, and the Republic of Ghana as a Barrister and Solicitor.
Edem is a data protection officer (supervisor) certified by Ghana’s Data Protection Commission. Edem has advised clients on regulatory compliance and corporate governance issues related to business startups in various jurisdictions, making significant contributions to the effective administration and compliance of these institutions.
He has also developed, implemented, and facilitated training sessions on cybersecurity and privacy issues, and drafted data protection policies and/or procedures, which has enabled his clients to ensure compliance with data protection laws. Edem also trains and advises stakeholders on various labour issues, including sexual harassment.
Edem’s background as an Assistant State Attorney has equipped him with invaluable skills in conducting thorough and effective internal investigations. This background enables him to spearhead internal investigations with a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all aspects of the investigation are meticulously examined and that findings are accurately reported. His prosecutorial experience also provides him with a strong foundation in evidence gathering, witness interviewing, and case management, which are essential skills for conducting internal investigations and ensuring organisational compliance.

Yaa Offeibea Asante
Offeibea Asante is an Associate at Sam Okudzeto & Associates and was admitted to the Ghana Bar in 2019. Her areas of focus are Civil Litigation, Corporate Advisory and Commercial practice. She has experience in Labour and Employment Litigation and has participated in trials covering land, estates, commercial and contractual disputes. She has been significantly involved in the litigation of debt recovery claims, defamation actions and out-of-court settlement proceedings. She also has significant experience with labour negotiations, drafting and reviewing commercial transactions and Corporate regulatory and compliance matters.
Her role includes preparing legal processes and representing clients in Court, writing legal opinions, due diligence and compliance monitoring, as well as drafting and reviewing contracts and other commercial agreements. Offeibea is a member of the Ghana Bar Association as well as the Chartered Institute of Restructuring and Insolvency Practitioners (CIRIP); holding an LLB from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. She has completed trainings with the Leitner Centre for International Law and Justice, the Open Society Initiative for West Africa and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).
She also has training in ADR and Company Secretarial services, and brings an independent, competent and results-oriented approach to her work environment. Her years of pre- call training have given her an astute perspective of the legal landscape; and a sharp and observant instinct for identifying the ultimate best interest of her client and pursuing it relentlessly.
